摘要
Thermal equilibration and photocreation of neutral Si dangling bonds in a-Si:H are proposed to be realized with the help of negatively charged ESR-inactive floating bonds without hydrogen mediation. The present model is shown to solve some difficulties encountered in previous models, and is possible to explain various aspects of the observed results.
