摘要
For the worsening air pollution problem, controlling carbon emissions has become one of the important tasks for the development of Chinese industry in the future. Iron and steel enterprises, as the main source of air pollution, need to transform their production mode into green mode, which has become an important task for their future development. However, because of a great quantity of input costs, their intention to transform production mode is influenced by carbon emission strategy. The green production transformation mechanism was constructed for iron and steel enterprises on the base of basic principle of evolutionary game. And the factors influencing the choice of strategies were emphatically analyzed. The payment function of main parties under different strategies and the corresponding replicated dynamic equation ware set up in order to seek the evolutionary stable strategy. Finally, the influence of diversity of decision -making parameters and variation of initial condition on evolution result was demonstrated through reliable numerical simulation.
