摘要
The management of pelvic and hip injuries in the athlete has evolved significantly in the last few years. Along with this evolution has come the need tdo have a complete assessment of the physical and imaging findings associated with specific pathologic entities. This article will delineate the commonly encountered anatomy and imaging findings in hip and pelvic injuries, as well as provide for a step-wise physical examination technique that should help identify common pelvic and hip injuries.
