摘要：

Contact eczemas were formerly the only occupational allergies which concerned health professionals. Contact urticaria, rhinitis, conjunctivitis and occupational asthma were further added. These conditions are extremely frequent, and the diagnosis requires a meticulous investigation and allergologic tests.
