摘要：

This paper presents a kind of novel high-temperature phase change thermal energy storage heater. It has many merits: high phase change latent heat; no pollution; convenient regulation; no conventional charge difficulty. It can make full use of evening electricity, alleviate much difference between the peak value and the vale value in the power network and save operation cost of electrical heating. Thus, it is a high-performance thermal energy storage heater. Experiments on the thermal performance for the heater are conducted and helpful for the development of the heater.
