摘要
Wastewater, one of the results of civilization, needs proper management to prevent environmental pollution. For proper management, identification of its management plan is necessary. In this case, the manager can predict the process behaviour, so plan to avoid undesirable events. In this paper, a complete wastewater treatment plant is simulated. The basis of this paper is studying biological treatment process, which will be affected by inflow BOD changes. The way, that process response to the changes, is evaluated, using system dynamic approach. This approach helps to define a complicated dynamic process, easily. Results show that application of this method improves confidence of wastewater treatment plant behaviour in environmental protection.
