摘要
A terahertz line-defect waveguide in photonic crystal with a triangular lattice array of cylindrical air holes was fabricated on a silicon slab. Terahertz transmission spectra through this sample were measured and the waveguide with high transmittance exceeding 80% near 0.26 THz was experimentally obtained. (c) 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
