Research on 3D Financial Risks & Competitiveness of Enterprise Based on Porter Diamond Model

In the increasingly fierce and dynamic environment of competitiveness, enterprises must always deal with risks to reinforce competitiveness abilities. Because of multi-dimensional characteristics of risks and competitiveness, enterprises' failures always bring to many losses. However, the integrated study on risks and competitiveness is still in the exploratory stage. Based on Porter's diamond model theory, this paper researches on financial risks and financial competitiveness from three dimensions: financial strategic environment, financial resources allocation and financial stakeholder cooperation. Firstly, it analyzes 3D competitive financial risks. Secondly, it builds up an integration model of 3D financial risks and 3D financial competitiveness and puts forward a 3D financial competitiveness evaluation mode. All these researches provide theoretical and technical support for enterprises to control risks and upgrade competitiveness.
