摘要：

This paper presents an integrated study of the ecological account of the Wuhan City in 2006 based on emergy method. It provides a sustainability index analysis for the Wuhan economy considering biophysical, climatic, social, economic, and demographic dimensions. In the end, this paper points out the challenges and potentiality to Wuhan's sustainable development.
