摘要
The market of vehicles is very much dependant on global aspects of the development of world economy, the most important among which are global energetics and environment protection. The transport sector faces numerous tasks of environment protection and energetic issues; first, the need to constantly improve the efficiency of vehicles in terms of environment protection and rational consumption of bioenergetical resources, which determine the application of the best technologies in the vehicles. Application of the most advanced technologies in vehicles as well as the quality of technical maintenance and assistance services, provided by the vehicle service centers, are the major determinants of the strength of the vehicle sales company's relationships with customers, which, naturally, is also determined by the strength of technical relationships with the suppliers (vehicle manufacturers and spare part suppliers). Therefore, it is logical to state that in view of strengthening technical relationships, economic relationships are also enhanced; on the other hand - satisfaction of the parties to the relationship is increasing, which is an important factor when seeking for customer loyalty.
