摘要：

This article proposed a resource-pre-planning based FlexE network service and slice orchestration simulation system for electric power communication demands, which can simulate the FlexE network topology, pre-plan the network resource in a whole view, orchestrates service & slices efficiently so as to guide the practical FlexE deployment in power communication network.
