摘要
In this paper, the Urban Earthquake Emergency Countermeasure Spatial Decision Support System (UEECSDSS) were designed and developed, basing on spatial decision support technology. Those global design, module of function, database, models, interface design and module ntegration were researched and developed, which was practicality applied and tested in "Qingdao Earthquake Emergency Countermeasure Spatial Decision Support System (QEECSDSS)". The practice testified, this software could achieve science management about urban earthquake disaster information, smartly institute kind of urban earthquake emergency countermeasure and achieve visual. Therefore, the comprehensive efficiency and velocity for urban earthquake emergency are improved evidently, and effectively assistant decision-making instrument was supplied for the urban earthquake emergency work. The founded QEECSDSS is provided with demonstration to other urban earthquake emergency command technology system constructing.
