摘要：

Creative skills of the author are the condition of educational model creation. In the case of an educational model using a virtual learning environment, a set of teacher competencies extends the skills to create and apply a virtual environment. Comment on the development of these competencies is intended to contribute to the debate on the virtual learning environment as an active element of the educational system.
