摘要
It is known that the main cause of turbulence occurrence is the instability of stream. In this paper, we show that one of the types of instability the varicose instability plays the main role in a high growth of turbulent energy in arc in the vicinity of current zero. So, it can be shown, that the velocity of growth of turbulent energy, as the result of the work of instability, is proportional to the compound value from density in the arc and cold external gas. Earlier we had presented the model of turbulence, in which the character density was defined as the mean value from density in arc and cold external gas. And also we show that this model give a good agreement between calculations results and experimental data for blast devices with SF6.
