摘要
The novel rotary could be used to replace the brushes and slip rings of electrical machines, which is to provide magnetic coupling to the rotor circuit of making a contactless maintenance-free solution. The air gap between radial freedom design brought about more serious vibration and noise of the transformer. This paper presented an accurate modal calculation for the study of the vibration and noise characteristics of the novel rotary transformer. The finite element method was used to perform the modal simulation of the novel rotary transformer. Through the reasonable simplification and equivalence between the transformer model, the first 6 orders natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the transformer under the free state were calculated. The radial mode shape and natural frequency of stator subsystem were obtained by the simulation and the influence of stator structure of electromagnetic resonance for the transformer was analyzed. The rationality of the structure of the resolver was verified, which provides sonic reference value of the design optimization of similar products.
