摘要：

The male urethral diverticulum is a rare affection. The authors report one case of congenital urethral diverticulum. The diagnosis was approved by clinical examination and urethrocystography. Treatment was based by resection of the diverticulum and urethroraphy. On the basis of this case, the authors discuss the incidence, diagnosis and therapeutic aspects of this disease.
