摘要
This work proposes a hybrid broadcasting method, which combines the concepts of the enhanced recursive frequency splitting and reverse fast broadcasting methods. Benefiting from the two aforementioned methods, the proposed hybrid method holds two advantages of low waiting time and buffer requirement, respectively. Compared with the previous methods, the proposed method not only preserves low buffer requirement, 25% of the size of the whole video, but also significantly reduces the maximum waiting time.
