摘要
An effective business education should include both theoretical and experiential elements. These two elements can be ideally combined in computer-enabled business simulations, in which the students have the possibility to implement responsible decisions in relation with the simulation requirements. However, the successful application of such a simulation exercise requires a careful analysis of its requirements and problems, both from the pedagogical and from the technological point of view. Based on theoretical and empirical data, this study attempts to identify the main success factors for organising and implementing a Markops simulation exercise, analysing the link between students' satisfaction and team performance for each of these factors.
