摘要
The objective of this paper is to provide an adjustable-speed for belt conveyor, which is used for low power occasions, reducing equipment investment. We adopt three-phase step motor to drive and electromagnetic speed control technology to regulate speed. This paper introduces structure of electromagnetic speed Adjustment belt conveyor, the working principle of open-loop electromagnetic speed Adjustment system and closed-loop electromagnetic speed Adjustment system, connection mode of electromagnetic speed motor. The paper points out the characteristics and applied situation of the electromagnetic speed belt conveyor, compared with frequency speed control equipment with high cost, it is appropriate to choose electromagnetic speed control technology when the power consumption in a small value.
