摘要
This paper reports the co-precipitation synthesis of undoped and Eu3+ doped In2O3 nanoparticles. The effects of rare earth ion (Eu3+) doping on growth and optical properties have been assessed. The lattice parameter, strain and crystallite size have been calculated by using the Williamson-Hall plots. A UV visible analysis reveals that optical band gap decreases from 3.61eV to 3.27eV with Eu3+ doping.
