摘要
Globalization. intense competition and changing demand of customers induce companies to renew and to change in order to be competitive and innovative. Therefore, change management has become an integral part of every organization. The paper analyzes organizational change management tendencies in Lithuanian private companies. The empirical study examining national and international companies is presented. The organizational change management is to be seen as creative process, demanding the highest managerial competence. Hence, the objective of empirical Study is to explore internal and external factors that influence organizational change process and evaluate effectiveness of change process in Lithuanian companies. At the end of the paper, the results of the survey are summarized and the conclusions are presented
