摘要
As the pillar industry of the national economy, the real estate plays a great role in the GDP growth. It has characteristics of both high risk and high earning rate. Therefore, investors face not only the prospect of high earnings, but also all kinds of risks which need to be considered during the decisions of investment. Based on the theory of risk management, this paper analyzes the risk factors and builds up the index system for the appropriate evaluation of real estate risks, which aims at the quantitative evaluation of the real estate risks using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with the help of the Analytical Hierarchy Process in assigning the weights for each index.
