摘要：

The private economy has been hit hard by the financial crisis. But with the gradual global economic recovery, global economy has entered a post-crisis area. Not only a challenge to the private enterprises, it also created new opportunities for its development. This article tells us that the low-carbon economy and sustainable development is the foundation of transformation for economic growing mode. It revealed that what is the problem of private economy under the traditional mode of economic, The paper propose that private economic should change the mode of economic growth to achieve sustainable development.
