摘要
This paper presents a new multiple model switching DMC-PID cascade predictive controller for SCR denitration systems in thermal power plants. For the local linear system models under different operating conditions, the controller parameters of different operating conditions are designed according to the quadratic optimal adjustment principle. Its load command determines the current operating conditions, using the switching control method, a multiple model switching DMC-PID cascade predictive control is proposed under SCR denitration systems variable operating conditions. The simulation results show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method. Compared with the traditional cascade PID, the SCR denitration system can ensure the ultra-low emission while reducing the amount of ammonia gas used.
