With the rapid development of the new energy industry, photovoltaic products are more and more favored by the international market, nowadays, Jiangxi province will be one of the strategic industries photovoltaic industry. The photovoltaic industry is currently facing the problem of lack of core technology, high cost, lack of market promotion and application, only rely on independent innovation is difficult to achieve, given the market coordination which is the essential concept of cooperation innovation.
