摘要
The study gives the literary survey of methods and results of the investigation of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) proteins and enzymes and their use as genetic markers for genetic analyses, breeding, identification of potato varieties and control of varietal trueness in the trade with consumer potatoes. Electrophoresis of tuber proteins and enzymes in gels (polyacryl amide, starch) is a suitable method for these purposes, as with acid as basic pH values.
