摘要
A new two-scale model is proposed for bistatic scattering from a composite surface. For the large scale surface roughness, we use the newly developed statistical integral equation model; for the small scale surface roughness, we adopt the second-order small slope approximation. It holds the potential to bridge the gap between the regions of validity of the Kirchhoff approximation and the small perturbation model.
