摘要
There are very challenging roles of the education system in training of young people for the practical life. Those are especially the requirements for professional readiness. Students must be provided with the relevant information in the area of occupational health and safety to understand the patterns and measures in order to preserve physical and mental health in their work performance. The paper discusses the ways of objectivizing of the inner environment and factors that influence the creativity work with the demand of concentration, such as microclimatic conditions, illumination for visually demanding works, noise or chemical factors. In order to objectify these factors during the educational process at the selected university classroom, standardized research methods were used to measure temperature, humidity, air flow, noise and lighting with the appropriate instrumentation base. Subsequently, the results were compared with the limit values published in the regulations and legislation. The complex of these "external" factors influences psychological well-being, and the burden on activities requiring information admittance, processing, concentrating and creativity, respectively. The psychological burden was assessed by a subjective method, such as standardized questionnaire and its evaluation. The obtained results have shown that there is a correlation between the external factors of the environment and the psychological well-being of the students. If the student learns to understand and objectivize the factors that affect his / her health, he/she can predict their negative impact on their performance and adopt such measures to achieve optimal values of the external factors. In practical life, this can lead to achievement of higher performance by adapting external working conditions.
