摘要
This study aims to study the literature on the benefits and barriers as a critical success factor in the implementation of IT Governance in an organization or company. Methods used with several approaches to find some basic concepts related to benefits and constraints, as well as some concepts about IT Governance implementation. Through several steps with reference, PRISMA checklist method will be known matters relating to the benefits and barriers to the implementation of IT Governance in an organization or company. A total of 85 articles have been collected, found 6 is a duplicate article, so it must be removed from the list. 79 articles filtered with reference to title and abstract, found only 70 articles accordingly. From the last 70 articles re-examined to see the feasibility of each paper. The final result of the examination, 58 was used as the main study literature. Benefits and barriers in the implementation of IT Governance should be known and understood by all parties because it has an important role and influence in improving the performance of an organization so that business goals can be successful. The final result of this literature study found 7 elements related to the benefits and 7 elements associated with the barriers.
