摘要：
The anatomy, epidemiology, risk factors, prevention screening, and management of suspicious lesions and staging of oral cancer are briefly reviewed. This article describes a multidisciplinary team approach to the management of oral cancer with an emphasis on surgical treatment and the role of neck dissection. In addition, it describes surgical management of individual subsites from both an extirpative and reconstructive standpoint as well as the treatment of synchronous cancer, delayed second primaries, recurrent disease, metastatic spread, and palliative care.
