摘要
Introduction There are many studies that appreciate the effectiveness of RPB therapy (risk of preterm birth). Therapy varies, including calcium channel blockers, beta-blockers, oxytocin receptor blockers, but due to potential adverse effects specific to each drug group, it has not been identified which is the most advantageous therapy for RPB. Material and methods The present paper addresses the problem of RPB, trying to identify the most effective therapy for certain clinical conditions - cervical cerclage. A retrospective study was performed on 447 patients hospitalized during the period 01.01.2014-30.06.2015 in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Departments I and II of the "Pius Brinzeu" Emergency Clinical Hospital Timisoara. Results and discussion The data demonstrate that regardless of the therapy chosen to prevent preterm birth, the chance of success is significantly greater than in cases where no treatment was given. In terms of effectiveness, it was shown that No-Spa managed to cut the contractions with the discharge of pregnant women in 83.3% of cases, followed by the combination of No-Spa and Gynipral (in 75% of cases). The primary success of these two variants of therapy was in 100% of cases (whether spasmolytic or spasmolytic and tocolytic were given, it managed to delay the birth by more than 48h). Conclusion Patients with cervical cerclage in the study benefited from dual therapy: Gynipra and NoSpa, treatment was administered per os. In Woyton's study, betamimetic effectively suppressed uterine contractions in 80 cases (93% success rate) in group I; and in 24 cases (100%) in group II. There were no adverse effects in the 106 cases (96%) from the patients group. Mayer (2013), identifies a success rate of Gynipral between 34-78%; depending on the tocolytic conditions.
