摘要
BaxSr1-xTiO3(BSTO,0 <= x <= 1) is a solid solution ferroelectric material exhibiting non-linear change of large dielectric constant with an applied dc electric field. It has been shown that the dielectric constants and losses of barium strontium titanate can be reduced by doping certain oxides. In this paper, we presented systematic studies of the effect of LaAlO3 on BSTO bulk ceramics. When content of LaAlO3 ceramics got to 4% in the Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 sample, dielectric constant of Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 was 85(100 kHz) and dielectric losses was 0.00041(100 kHz), but the relative tunability of Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 still maintain in 20%. X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the samples consist of perovskite phase. Scanning electron microscopy micrograph of BST sample indicated the grain size decreased and the density increased.
