摘要
Minimally invasive surgery is becoming part of the practice of hand surgery, which includes the adoption of endoscopic techniques for the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome. Endoscopic cubital tunnel release allows for the advantages of minimal skin incisions and the low morbidity of an in situ release as well as full release of the nerve over a long distance. The authors have used this technique with great success and discuss the procedure, its indications, and outcomes.
