摘要：
This article aims to analyze the preponderant factors influencing the behavior of auctioneers working for the Barreiro do Inferno Launching Center (CLBI) in electronic purchasing processes. The research used references from the theory of purchasing, analyzing organizational and motivational aspects, as well as aspects related to knowledge and abilities. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews with auctioneers. As a result, it was possible to identify that the main factors influencing the auctioneer's behavior at CLBI were the lack of recognition of the strategic importance of their role, lack of exclusive dedication and specialization.
