摘要
The sharing or on-demand economy is a geo-locational one in which navigating the built environment has become fundamental to the delivery of goods and services. Geodesign represents a new field that intersects geography and design to help people thrive in this new economy by enabling them to innovate new and more sustainable ways of living and working. This essay looks at the impact this has had in higher education, assessing the geodesign programs that have emerged in several universities as well as how geodesign methods can inform when, where, and how students learn.
