摘要
A lithium ionic conductor [Li2SiO3 (LSO)] thin film was prepared on sapphire substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), and its ionic conductivity was measured. It was found that the ionic conductivity depended on the film thickness and in-plane direction. The directional dependence of the ionic conductivity may suggest that ionic conduction in the heterointerface region is affected by the structure of the substrate. TEM observation confirmed that nanocrystals existed in the LSO thin film annealed at 700 K.
