摘要：

A Design for Quality methodology (Design for Six Sigma - DFSS) based on the utilisation of statistical methods and tools is embedded in a New Product Introduction (NPI) process to develop new gas turbines able to meet Customer performance expectations. To show how this process is worked out at Nuovo Pignone, reference will be made to its application at the preliminary design of the gas fuel system for a Dry Low NOx (DLN) combustor used on a 5.5 MW gas turbine.
