摘要
Aiming at the problems in the detection of liver reserve function, asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) on the surface of hepatocytes was used as a target, and carboxylated PEG2000 as a ligand was selected to mediate the endocytosis of superparamagnetic nanoparticles in hepatocytes for the detection of liver function. This study provides more abundant imaging basis for the diagnosis and treatment of liver lesions, and then explores a new index for the selection, prognosis and efficacy evaluation of individualized treatment of liver lesions, which provides a preliminary experimental basis for individualized treatment of liver lesions.
