摘要
The driving mechanism of the control rod of the nuclear reactor is the only moving part, and the hook grippers are the key parts for the driving mechanism. Being in the trial production stage for domestic, the hook grippers' geometry size and the surface geometrical morphology need to be tested out for making sure whether it has met the requirements of the use of nuclear power plant reactor, whether can reach the level abroad for the development of the hook gripper. This paper describes the quality control and its inspection application and the non-contact measurement of hook grippers. And the methodology and flow diagrams of the parameter extraction of hook gripper are analyzed in this paper. Finally, the comparison results for different samples for parameters on both main view and upward view are discussed.
