In this work, we focus on the value of information sharing in the context of several assignment policies, knowing that it is a centralized decision. The studied chain is a single product and divergent consisting of one supplier, one warehouse, several retailers and several customers. In terms of information shared, our interest goes to customers' demand and the lead-time between the supplier and the warehouse. We treat in this paper two assignment policy. The first one illustrated by a same product price from the warehouse to all retailers. We adopt in this case a pro rata assignment policy based on retailers' orders. The second one is a variable product price depends on the allocated quantity. Thus, we present a formulation of the logistics cost and a resolution approach.
