摘要
At present, FDM is one of the most widely used material increasing manufacturing technology, but different construction angles of functional parts lead to the unstable quality and low precision of FDM parts.!n order to solve the problem that the influence of the molding angle of the functional parts on the surface accuracy, the mapping relationship model between the molding direction and the molding quality is established based the FDM forming mechanism. The angle of forming direction of the model is optimized based on PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization), and the optimized printing experiment of bearing which is common in engineering field is carried out. The results show that the surface forming quality of the model has been improved greatly. The optimization method in this paper can ensure the stability and accuracy of the surface forming quality of functional parts, and reduce the forming time and material consumption, so as to improve the working efficiency and reduce the processing cost.
