摘要：
Electron emission and luminescence accompanying plastic deformation of alkali halide crystals are studied. It is shown that the intersection of dislocations can cause electronic excitation. Deformation electron emission and luminescence are produced by relaxation of these excitations. (C) 1999 American Institute of Physics. [S1063-7834(99)03805-8].
