The Researches on the Point of Penetration of the Economic Transition on the View of Low-carbon Economy

At present, the key point of economic development to China lies in economic transition. The key assignment of transition lies in industry adjustment. while, the point of penetration of industry adjustment is optimizing industry on the basis of low carbon economy. but, the proportion of the secondary industry is too large, while the proportion of the tertiary industry is relatively small, which is not conform to the request of the economic transition. Therefore, beginning with the necessity of adjusting industry on the view of low-carbon economy, the paper analyzes the barriers that set back the adjustment of industry. Furthermore, the paper suggests that the industry adjustment on the view of low-carbon economy should set about from the following aspect: rebuilding traditional the primary industry, promoting the secondary industry, expanding the tertiary industry, optimizing regional industry and economic transition, etc.
