摘要
Modern organization work style required that could confidently handle with the special and varied task and neatly adapt to the changeable working place and environment. From this how to improve staffs adaptive performance become more and more important. The content is based on the analysis of self-efficacy's effect on individual behavior and the exploration of self-efficacy's influence on adaptive performance to provide a theoretical basis for leading that organization could full display staff's self-efficacy and urge the improvement of individual adaptive performance.
