摘要
The paper reports on a molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulation which unveils the evolution of primary radiation damages in grain boundary regions of Fe-10Cr alloy. The simulation shows that the Cr concentration in the region of grain boundaries is much higher than its average in the grain volume, and this changes the distribution of vacancies survived under irradiation and greatly increases the vacancy fraction in the grain volume compared to the grain boundary region. The segregation of Cr in interface regions can retard the radiation-induced growth of grains.
