摘要：

Based on the survey of 1,262 college graduates, some differences were found in the employment characteristics of male and female college students. Female college students were mostly employed in finance, education and so on industries and male college students were mostly employed in manufacturing, construction, information technology and other industries. The monthly wage income, basic wage income and other wage income of male college students are higher than those of female college students.
