Non-linear dynamics model and analysis of wind turbine gear transmission system

摘要
The operating state characteristic of the wind turbine generator transmission system is analyzed with the usage of non-linear dynamics analyzing method. 12 free non-linear dynamics model is built based on the translation-torsion vibration of the planetary gear train, with taking the time-varying meshing stiffness of the transmission system gear train into consideration.The system response calculation with the input rotating speed in range of 100-3000 rpm/s is conducted. The system response of the normal state and eccentric state through the non-linear analyzing method are analyzed. The result shows that the revelation of the instability law of the wind turbine generator transmission system under the installation error is revealed and theoretical foundation can be provided for the failure diagnosis and state evaluation of the system in the effect of time-varying meshing stiffness to the system.
