摘要：

Recruitment site survey: the modern enterprises now pay more attention to "soft skills" such as: responsibility, teamwork, innovation, service awareness, communication skills, planning skills, learning capacity. The "soft skills" should be into the normal teaching curriculum system in higher vocational institutions. It has been proved that the project course training can effectively improve the "soft skills" of students.
