摘要：
Bacon is a famous 16th century English jurist whose legal thought covers the legal order that the legislation will be subject to political advantage by refusing to judge the moral law and other basic ideas positivist Jurisprudence. Overall, the law makes legal thought Bacon successfully get rid of the shackles of theology, but the principle of legal positivism is not completely implement. It is the pursuit of practical reason and experience both law philosophy, creating a British legal positivism originated and enduring results.
