摘要
In this paper, we present an interval-valued model of intuitionistic fuzzy sets with parameters (IVIFSP), which is the generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFS). By analyzing the degree of hesitancy, we propose a generalized interval-valued model of intuitionistic fuzzy sets with double parameters (GIFSDP) from IFS. We also introduce a scoring function based on IFS and GIFSDP. Finally, a multiple attribute decision making example applied to city planning is given to demonstrate the application of GIFSDP and its scoring function. The simulation results show that the GIFSDP method is more comprehensive and flexible than the IFS method and the IVIFS method.
